Oh well. I shall update all of you on my happenings these two days.

I ponned MI lecture. :O (Not like y'all don't know right, every IP1 should have seen me walk out of the LT) Haha, then I went to look for Ms Tai to fill in two blue forms. Pink paper should be used, pink is so awesome. Called for a cab. HAHA, the calling was damn funny. Okay, I've never dialled for one before so I kinda screwed it.

Cab person: Okay, please wait for a moment.
Mak: Er..
Cab person: Oh, do you have something to say?
Mak: Oh, no no.
Cab person: Okay, please wait.
Mak: Er..
Cab person: Sorry, do you have something to say?
Mak: Huh, oh. No no no.
Cab person: Okay, please wait.
Mak: -Silence-

Someone should stop me from saying 'Er's.

I waited, and I was told of the details of the cab (which I was blur enough to not pay attention to). Then Miss Tai asked me for the car plate of the cab. ONLY THEN DID I REALISE THAT THE CRAP I WAS LISTENING TO FOR THE PAST 10 SECONDS OR SO WAS THE DETAILS OF THE CAB. -.-"

Hahaha, but I remembered the car plate number was 6xxx and it'd arrive in 7-9 minutes.
So the cab arrived.

And I said bye to Miss Tai, and hi to home.

The cab fare was $12.20. I hate cabs.

So, I took a short nap before going to the GP at around two. Quite cool. Trained to Hougang to realise that all the clinics were closed. Grandpa and I went to the bus interchange then, to board 74 to Serangoon North estate. Five buses arrived in like 30 minutes or so. But only one bus came to us. !#!^$% So we waited for one freaking 74 for half an hour. -.-"

I almost died waiting for it. Hahah.

And yay! Had a nice convo with the doctor (he had quite a lot to say, haha) and felt better. LOL. Then I cabbed home, grandpa didn't want to wait for 74 anymore. Haha!

Reached home within minutes. Then I stoned. Hahaha. I stared at the medicine and I wondered if I could even live to have the third pill. Okay I may sound like a loser but I didn't know how to swallow pills then. But now I can okay, lol. I CAN SWALLOW PILLS. Applause please. The pills are so damn huge, I still have to eat them later. The antibiotic one tastes like !#$%^&* and it is THE BIGGEST. I felt even more sick when I saw the word potassium on its packaging. Like, huh. Why chem now. -.-"

I had to drink 3.5 glasses of water to go with 2 fever tablets, 1 capsule, 1 (freaky) antibiotic pill and cough syrup. -.-"

Subsequently, I needed less than one glass of water 'cause I could swallow already. HAHH.


Actually, slacking at home is quite fun. :D


This is a reminder for all to have regular eye breaks!
You know, look at the greenery (For example: Ah, Boo^1 to Boo^21, Dumb bell and Dumb^1 to Dumb^12. Dumb^13 to Dumb^16 are so not green and can be found in class.)

Hahahaha! I tried to get Chee Chung to try, but Ervin did funny actions behind me to point out that it's a yam flavoured drink so he got scared and walked away. ><

The Chronicles of a Certain Bubbletea Flavour
[Hint: It's purple =.=]

Once upon a time, there were four girls from the class of o8IP04, National Junior College. These four female protagonists of my chronicle happens to be Amanda Mak, Han Jia Li, Chung Jia Yi and Ng Shou Jin, and we all know that the former happens to have an incurable mental problem possibly inflicted by sheer stress on schoolwork.



Upon hearing that lesson IS1109 was cancelled for the day, these four girls made their way down to the canteen, as Jiali had wanted a drink. It ended up that all four of them got a drink as well.



Amanda, at a sudden twist of inspiration, decided to "try out something new" at the bubbletea store. After staring at the board, laughing to herself for a few minutes, she turned to her other three friends.



"Eh! Should I try yam?"



And the rest of her friends went: O.O. Then they encouraged her to go on with her sudden twist of inspiration. As she stood in front of the counter, she hesitated, looking at the other three with uncertainty in her big, big eyes.



"GO! GO! GO!" they urged her and she whirled around quickly at the impatient auntie at the drinks store and went firmly,



"Yam ice-blended."



The auntie at the drinks store was also surprised at the order that she had to double confirm it with a wide eyes and an incredulous expression. She had to dig out the tub of *potent* purple powder to make the drink.



And when Amanda took the drink, she refused to poke the straw in it and pointedly gave *reasonable* reasons to not poke the straw into the drink. Thus, Shoujin had to grab her hand with the straw and heroically thrust it into the drink, earning a little scream from Amanda.

Next, while Jiali, Jiayi and Shoujin watch on in amusement and suspense, Amanda took a sip...



...and paused...



...and silence...



"It's okay leh actually." she went. So she went on a spree to trick people unknowingly; even to her three friends sitting there like ducks in a trap who naively believed her.



ROLL OF THE TRICKED:

1. Jiayi- tasted it for a while before grudgingly decided it was "okay"



2. Jiali- thought it was "okay"



3. Shoujin- thought it was absolutely disgusting and wondered how disastrous it would be in milk tea



4. Nadine- got tricked into thinking the purple drink was grape flavoured and took a sip and stood there in a state of shock and sianification before swallowing and dumping the cup at the steps, stalking off to get a PROPER cup of drink. XD later she commented that the grape from the "grape drink" was taken from the canals of pulau ubin.



5. Nigel- amanda didnt give him time to even react to the foulness. oh i mean, fragrance.



6. Joewei- got tricked into thinking it was grape flavoured as well. took a sip and took there, equally stunned with his face all scrunched up and speechless. he later proceeded to spit the purple concoction into a nearby rubbish bin, extremely disgusted.



7. Ervin- he had already guessed it was yam, and said he'll kill mak if it really was. so...when he drank he was already prepared for it.



8. Matthew- this dude is impossible. he simply snatched the thing without us telling him the flavour...and drained the thing ==.== then he claimed it was because he was thirsty =.=



salute him.



thus the end of this lor-soh story requested by amanda, jiayi and jiali. so i guess you know who the author is right now.

Hello all, finally tagging on our class blog after a long month of absence.

Anyway, the days 8th july.
Day of lots of emotions? I dunno.
Early in the morning, we had a spot check. Im not sure how many lovely ladies failed mr eng's checks, but from what i calculated, he singled out four guys with 'horrendous' hair.
From my point of view, everyone failed, except one lone ranger. (Shant name names here, but refer to tagboard to find out)

Right, but this isnt one of the main issues down here. Today was Judgement day. The day were papers from last term's interim was returned, and marks tabulated. It was a hallmark, to judge how much effort u put into studying for your papers. Or it may just be a calculation of who memorise things better. (seriously, till this day, i still dont understand biology, im purely memorising)

Overall, i think the class did pretty well. I hope im not wrong. As a whole, the ip1 improved compared to term 1. Which may be good news. But dont count on thaat.

On my part, im not that happy. Cause i didnt study that hard. I was praying hard, and hope that together with my red undergarments, ill just scrap through everything with a pass. Amazingly, i did.

I had no U's!
Yet everyone seemed to be better. *(

So, moral of the story to everyone who sees this post, S-T-U-D-Y

The supernaturals may help you, but sometimes, they cant help u a lot.
